All of our earplugs come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. If you experience any issues with the quality or performance of your product during this time, we will gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost. 14-Day Refund Policy
All of our earplugs come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. We also offer a 14-day refund policy for customers who are not completely satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you would like to return your earplugs within 14 days of receiving them, we will provide a full refund, excluding shipping costs. To qualify for a refund:
● The product must be in its original, unused condition.
● It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and instructions.
● Proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return

Exceptions
