Unlike standard earplugs that block sound completely, Earmuffz reduce volume while keeping audio clear. With adjustable filter technology and premium ear tips, they are built for real-life use, whether you're at a concert, working, commuting, or relaxing at home.
Earmuffz provide different levels of noise reduction depending on the model. The base Adventure model offers 20 dB (SNR) of protection. Adventure Advanced adds a removable insert that boosts the reduction to 24 dB. The Sleep model also offers 24 dB for nighttime comfort. For maximum control, the Adventure Complete model features a removable audio filter box that lets you switch between four levels of protection, ranging from 20 dB up to 29 dB, depending on your environment.
SNR (Single Number Rating) is the European standard for measuring noise reduction, while NRR (Noise Reduction Rating) is the U.S. equivalent. Both estimate how many decibels of sound are blocked, but SNR tends to reflect performance across more frequencies.

Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times vary by location. Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery usually takes 3–10 business days from dispatch.

We ship internationally. No matter where you are in the world, we’ll do our best to deliver your Earmuffz directly to you.
No – Earmuffz covers all applicable customs duties and import taxes on your order. You won’t need to pay any additional fees when your delivery arrives. If, for any reason, your package is mistakenly held by customs, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please reach out to our customer support team. We’ll investigate the issue with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if needed.
Warranties
If your Earmuffz arrive with a defect or issue, please get in touch with our customer support team within 14 days of delivery. We’ll make things right by offering a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Be sure to include photos and your order number to help us assist you quickly.
Each Earmuffz order includes your selected earplug model, a durable carry case, and four interchangeable ear tip sizes for the best fit. If your model includes additional accessories like a removable filter box or insert, these will be included in the package as well.
Yes, we offer a 14-day risk-free return period. If Earmuffz aren’t the right fit for you, simply contact us within that window and we’ll guide you through the return process. Items must be returned in their original condition. Once received, we’ll issue a full refund.
Absolutely. All Earmuffz products come with a 2-year limited warranty, covering manufacturing defects and material faults. This ensures peace of mind with every purchase. Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
